集产品设计、品牌运营、物流仓储、跨境出口零售等于一体的数据驱动型跨境出口电商企业。“公司的宗旨是把中国制造做好，用品牌的方式出海，成为中国制造的发动引擎。”陈文平一语道出自己的坚持。那么赛维时代是如何成为中国制造发动引擎的呢？赛维时代的前世今生“之所以选择到深圳，是因为在我看来，深圳是最具活力、最具创新精神的创业之城。”陈文平生在福建，学在哈尔滨工业大学，却在2000年大学毕业后执意选择来到深圳，并投身IT行业。2008年，“闽商”的创业基因让陈文平最终选择辞职下海，创办了深圳市赛维网络科技有限公司（下称“赛维网络”），正式进军跨境电商行业。“经过对各个品类市场竞争和市场空间的调研，我和团队还是坚定认准了服装这个大赛道来运作跨境电商业务，海外服装市场空间巨大，行业玩家分散且水平参差不齐，供应链门槛很高。我们前期先用大批量的低价服装来打开市场，经济效益非常好，同时我们也一直在思考如何在这个品类上做的更深一点。”据陈文平介绍，当时的赛维网络，已经是一家用技术驱动的出口跨境电商企业，公司通过亚马逊、eBay等第三方电商平台以及垂直类自营网站，向全球销售服装配饰、运动娱乐、百货家居等多品类的产品。进入行业后没多久，公司就迎来了第一次转机。2013年6月6日，于2007年成立的跨境电商企业——兰亭集势在美国纽交所挂牌上市，成为中国跨境电商第一股。“兰亭集势的上市对行业发展有着积极的正面意义，让这个行业成为投资界的焦点，引来一大波资本公司蜂拥而至，想要投资赛维网络。”谈起这一转折时期，陈文平感慨万千。此后，赛维网络乘着行业的东风，驶入发展的快车道，开始了海外服务网络布局之路，公司的美国洛杉矶子公司也在这一年6月成立，随之启用美国仓。企业品牌化转型之路深圳，毗邻港澳，是粤港澳大湾区的要地，尤其是拥有集装箱吞吐量全球居前的深圳港，优势得天独厚。而如何运用好这一优势，做好中国制造，让品牌出海，成为赛维时代这一时期开始聚焦和思考的问题。赛维时代意识到，要避免产品同质化，让企业走的更远，就必须进行品牌化转型，提升复购率与品牌粘性。于是，从2015年起，赛维时代开启了品牌化转型之路。品牌化转型，就需要有成熟的技术与运营管理模式来支撑，为让各版块业务逐步专业化，赛维时代一批子公司也相继成立。2015年6月，赛维时代成立深圳市华成云商科技有限公司；2015年9月，赛维时代成立深圳市前海运德供应链管理有限公司；2016年12月，赛维时代成立深圳市晒布信息技术有限公司；在此期间，赛维网络德国仓 、洛杉矶西仓也相继启用。“品牌化转型，企业短期内会损失掉很多利益。”陈文平坦言，品牌化转型，给企业带来的“阵痛”在所难免。但让他没有想到的是，在深圳市商务局的主动服务下，企业在各方面都得到了大力支持，一定程度上缓解了企业的经营压力。2017年，赛维时代逐步完成品牌化转型。如今，公司已搭建了“小前端+大中台”的敏捷型组织架构。“小前端就是销售端，是公司基于跨区域、跨平台的销售网络，构建的品牌矩阵支撑多品类延伸能力；大中台就是公司依托庞大而优质的供应商生态、全球仓储物流网络布局，并通过自研的服装柔性供应链系统赋能生产。可谓具备了全链路数字化能力。”陈文平详细解释了公司现阶段的运营模式。截至目前，赛维时代已孵化 14个营收过亿元的自有品牌，拥有近18万平米的全球仓储布局，并搭建了最具竞争优势的管理模式，即业务团队在公司战略的引领下实现灵活决策、独立核算、自负盈亏、充分且及时地享受胜利果实的同时还能积极创新。赛维时代先后获得国家高新技术企业资质以及深圳市服务贸易示范项目等荣誉。
